For many of us, sitting still and in silence is not relaxing, or may even trigger past trauma. Guided meditations are a gentle way of leading a practitioner through offering choices of where to place our attention. For examples of guided meditations, check these out, or come join us live.

Yoga as we know it today was originally developed to facilitate deeper meditative qualities. Integral Yoga was developed by Swami Satchidanda and embraces the following:
Karma Yoga – Selfless Service
Jnana Yoga – Inquiry into the mind
Raja Yoga – Meditation
Hatha Yoga – Physical postures
Bhakti Yoga – Devotion to the Supreme
Japa Yoga – Repetition of mantra
All body types and ages are welcome.
Yoga class donations appreciated.
Suggested donation $15 per class or $30 for 3-week session.
